Wang Yang, Adam Pattantyus and Fabian Åkerström is competing in Hungary Open this weekend. Wang Yang, for some reason, has no ranking and is playing in qualification group 41, Fabian is in group 17. Group stage has already started, but none of these pips-matches will be aired through itTV :( .

And of course Fabian lost 11-9 in deciding at group stage and Wang has to face Adam in first round at table 16... :(

Wang has gotten a lot better lately, especially consistency of BH chopsand his FH chops are very nasty as well. But he plays more like Shiono nowadays, he rarely attacks at all. And when he does he seems to miss a lot of them. But he sure is entertaining to watch. Against Daniel he should have BH-smashed a lot more. Many semi-high and slow balls from Daniel to Wangs BH. He should learn to kill those.

It's so bizarre watching Wang Yang chop. Sometimes he barely even seems to do half a chopping motion yet he still returns the ball low and clearly quite loaded. How does he do that? Every SP I've tried for chopping is so sensitive to spin the ball would fly well up and over...

You learn to chop with inverted first before you use any pip :).

I just don't get it. I mean, seriously, what the **** was he doing? Why did he give away the first end by acting like a huffy child?!?!
