I'm not sure. A few years ago (2008) regionalliga in Germany. There is a video of him playing Chen Bing at Martinspin. He is playing with double inverted.

Actually my memory double faults :lol: Was trying to get a pic of Prean, Syed, and Chen on Englands Team in the early 90's but looks as though I have to make one.

Can't think of another team that had three male's all using pips...

Just wanted to add that this was a pips dream team. From all angles, the diversity of cultures, the English flag, the equipment, a worthy advasary in the Swedes,and a pip prodigy - Prean was a" Waldener" in his own rights.

I know this is an old thread, but for anyone interested, Carl is still out and about coaching. Just spent the weekend with him and Hannah Hicks. He is still amazing, and such a nice guy. Although, he doesn't have pips on his bat normally now.
