BH Traditional Japanese Chop (Chop late, body facing left), but done with hunched body Hou Ying Chao Style,

FT Traditional Chinese Brush Loop AKA Wang Li Qin Loop, done late, retrieval style.

This very interesting combination style. Very "honest" style, as opposed as "trap anywhere" style of Chtchetinine or "explosive" style of Chen Weixing,

dependent on large spin difference between topspin and backspin, as opposed to uncertainty in spin, or speed explosion on counter.

I'll follow Him. He is interesting. :)

Nobody knows what blade and rubbers he uses yet?

He's playing at this year's US Open in Orlando. Very entertaining player... Seeing his matches I am pretty sure his chopping skill was added "later in life" after he was already fully developed as an attacking player. He plays a few points here and in one of his older videos where he twiddles to his BH to lob with inverted then counter loops with his BH.

His equipment remains a big mystery but if I had to guess it's :
* JSH blade (pretty sure I saw the handle + he often overshoots the table)
* T05 forehand
* DTecs with thin sponge on BH. His clothing is Tibhar and the way he uses his pips (he relies on them to slip and give a reversal) I don't think he has a grippy LP. Also his push motion is too short - try pushing like that with a P4 :lol:

His match starts at 6 hours and 58 minutes.

Very entertaining match - I missed the middle (damn you work!) and Takeshi made quite a comeback!

Yeah, Rajko had quite an advantage in the beginning but Takeshi was able to adjust his game. He delivered a few good forehand loops and even a couple of BH!

You know you can rewind the video and watch the part you missed, right?

Yes, but I'm still at work, so time is limited :). Will watch later though, interested what turned the tide.

Come on, what work are you talking about? It's almost Chrismas! ;)
Our office is half empty already, even more people are not coming tomorrow.

Looks more like a feint long 2 or curl P1r to me.

I asked Takeshi about his racket and it was very nice of him to let me take photos of it: https://imgur.com/a/9OFNd9D
