Apparently, he plays with TSP Spectol on BH.
He is from Guangdong Province, China and plays one level below the Super League.

FYI, on the same YouTube channel, you can find few matches with him.

He plays with Butterfly Joo sae hyuk blade, H3 on FH and Spectol on BH.

UPDATE: He recently switched to OSP Immune Ox Classic.
He is not using it as intended.
Instead, he plays with Ox side on FH and Limba on BH.
Rubbers are still the same: H3 on FH, Spectol 1.5 on BH.
