Since we have some other Korean defenders with dedicated topics I think the best of them all deserves one as well. The match against Wang is insanely entertaining, IMHO :)

Playing Wang Gue Yu

Playing Elke Schall

Playing Haruna Fukuoka

Playing Liu Shiwen

She has her own paddle now, only available in Korea, AFAIK. I plan on buying one around X-mas time when I have a good excuse to drop $110 for a paddle (130,000 Korean won)

According to the website, she's using all Nittaku products, but you know how that goes! (BS)

I right now watching the Womens China Open Final and she is playing really good right now, she is defiantly playing with Grass D Techs no doubt about it, and furthermore it appears she is playing with OX D Techs during the game when shes serving there are closeups where you can see no sponge on the LP rubber and good thing she is a top sponsored player cause I bet she changes her blade every game when shes returning serve she always hit hard her blade to the corner in the Final of the China open in just the second set there is a close up where you can see the side of her blade with heavy damage with big chunks of wood almost out lol.

Her Nittaku Blade seems to have super thin outer plies and 3 thicker inner plies.

I don't think it is the DTechs she's playing with, because part of the pimple area near the logo is actually logo area and the DTechs doesn't have that (i.e. the part where she puts her finger on is part pimple area, part logo area: you can compare it with the P1R). It isn't the P1R either, because that area is smaller on the P1R and the P1R is not so shiny. What is it then?

I also don't think it is the OX version she's playing with: she can give a fast no-spin ball when chopping (that's hard to do with OX, because the pimples need to annihilate the spin and to do this, you need sponge for dwell time). Also, when hit hard on her pimples, OX would reverse more, especially after the second and third hit).

I'm curious what she's playing with, though...
