Online video of Dr. Neubauer actually playing (especially recently) is pretty rare. However here's a clip of the Doc in doubles action at the 2008 WVC.

He's using the High Technology blade with Leopard 1.5 and the now unfortunately banned Super Block ox

I hear from a friend that he wasn't feeling that well at that event, so it might not be one of his best matches... still I'll have a look as well, cheers!

That makes sense. Neubauer kept holding his chest like he was having problems. He hit some good shots though, including a few cracking shots with the short pips.

You know, them vets are really good sportsmen...handshaking and a good nod for a well-played game...

I wish for the same in the juniors and such...

Here's another one:

These guys, Dieter Lippelt and Joseph Rakosnik are both in their seventies. So impressive. Lippelt uses short pips and anti by the way.
