Great angle, great game! Bit of controversy in Ruwen's first game point at 1m08s. Mengel indicated that the ball had broken and just slid across the table. Ruwen seemed to argue... but a let was given anyway. The rule to allow a let in case of a broken ball isn't yet in the game, it has been proposed by the Athlete's Commission to the ITTF's AGM but that meeting isn't until 28th April. Ruwen must have grudgingly agreed to a let being played. |
