Hi guys!

After about 2 years of learning how to be a defender, I've made this video that can hopefully help the others who are new and also to get more critics on how to improve.

Btw, I know my messy backgrounds sucks like crap so pls ignore it :D

Hey Joo Se Hyuk, thanks for taking time out of your busy professional training to make us a video!

I especially like how you don't show your practice partner at beginning, making us think you're practicing against robot, then pan right...SURPRISE there's a guy slow looping back, haha!

Nice effort, but, slow-motion have a way of revealing the small things...

Often it seems to me like you are beginning your chop movement on contact with the ball, holding the bat almost stationary on contact and moving it down after the contact. If you begin your chop movement a little higher, I think you would be able to get more spin on the ball.

It's still a nice video and I thank you for sharing it, but since you asked for advice as well, I thought I could share my noobish observations.

No no :D I need that man :) I will try that out to see if I get more spin without sacrificing my consistency because right now my chops are much more consistent than before and I dont want to change that even if it gives a bit more spin ^^ thanks anyway

@haggisv: it was recorded in a basement  hehe, some call dungeon, some call it a bunker XD
