Not sure if this has been posted before, but here's a one hour video of Koji Matsushita giving instruction on modern defensive chopping...showing various drills, form, and footwork (very impressive).

My friend, who is 1st gen Japanese promises that he's going to translate (I'm 1/2 Japanese but am by no means fluent).
