heres Alice smashing on me. she moves very effortlessly between shots..
her smash is very nice and again...she glides very easily and her breathing between shots is impeccable

Sorry for asking, but this practice session was probably meant for you, right?

Cause I'm a terrible smasher, but even I smash faster/harder then that. As a session for you, it looked good, she kept her smashes controlled and on the table, easy for you to practice lobs against. As for you, most of the time you had good length on your lobs which is a good thing.

yes speed she was my coach for a while...my camera work is poor because i wanted to get her (and me) into the pic but for sure mostly her because i always liked the way she moves. she moves like a tennis player...

it was the last ball of the practice so i just said to her "lets keep it alive"...

the video is shown to demonstrate the smooth transition between fh's..
next time i will either buy a wider lens or simply focus t he camera on one person....its unfortunate that she moved in and out of the picture so much

one of thiings she does is to put her forefinger into the center of the racket during her smash.....i have seen a few other players rated 2500+ do this and have always wondered about the wisdom of doing so

Hehe great vid...

look's like more like you were training your lob than anything else, Looks like she was going on 40% and could hit alot harder.

He's planning to add the discus to the worlds greatest athlete events and this is a bit of secret practice.

Looks like he needs a little coaching from Rick as that right leg isn't swinging round anywhere near far enough after the stroke.

I like how excellent the weight transfer is, the way it comes a good second after he's hit the ball with a wild arm swipe.
