I've found a few penhold shortpip instructional videos.

The videos are dealing with ideal angles between body, arm and elbow as well as featuring lots of slow motion and examples of the strokes taken from real matches.

A 50 minute video with Jiang Jia-Liang

Positioning by the table and penhold grip
    Forehand stroke
    Backhand strokes: block and offensive
Combination drills of FH and BH
    Serving
    Receiving serves

A 50 minute video with Chen Long-Can:

Positioning by the table and penhold grip
    Forehand stroke
    Backhand strokes: block and offensive
Combination drills of FH and BH
    Serving
    Receiving serves

Here is the video: http://www.saisaisai.com/VideoShow.aspx?ID=543

A 22 minute video with Guo Yue-Hua:

Loop play combined with fast attack
    BH block and push
    Footwork

Here is the video: http://www.saisaisai.com/VideoShow.aspx?ID=768

You can download the videos with DownloadHelper for Firefox add-on and save them on your harddisk if streaming is slow and choppy.

A 55 minute video with Liu Guo-Liang (Nittaku, mid 90's?)

The usual fair of strokes and combinations, service, 3rd ball attacks, etc. Picture quality is not that good, but viewable.
Quite amazing to see how clearly - but quickly - he goes back to the ready position before starting the next stroke when hitting forehands, for example.

Guo Yue-Hua was not Penhold shortpip player. He used SP in the early stage in Chinese National Team and changed to inverted rubber later. Pls classified as loop play combined with fast attack.
