A 55 minute video with Wang Tao

Quality is OK-ish. Certainly watchable and crucially you see the ball all the time so don't be scared by the ultra crappy competition clips in the beginning.

    Covers most strokes
    Grip
    Forehand strokes
    Backhand stroke
    Combination drills of FH and BH
    Serving



You can download the videos with DownloadHelper for Firefox add-on and save them on your harddisk if streaming is slow and choppy.

He is vert good but wouldn't you love a training partner like that lol you know what I mean ay .Only the very best will be able to block or hit to the right spot every time, just for the consistancy its amazing
