Does Samsonov ever win any points on vids like this? Every time he comes on, you know he is going to get on top in the rally, fail to finish it off and then allow the other player to hit a winner.

Every time I am seeing this video I am wondering ... the technique is amaizing. Who said Waldner isn't the greatest? Or he has no such great backhand?

OK you guys,
Best of Waldner, Vid 1 at 30 seconds. There is the pull back dropshot that I have been working on. He could have hit that shot but the drop just leaves the guy with no chance. Thats exactly what the 2400 guy was doing to me.
It takes the right conditions, ball not too far from the net, the other guy back a couple paces, not a bullet loop but more of a spinny one.
I will never be able to do it like Waldner, but I still think eventually I will get it to a usable level. :D
Wish I had Waldners backhand!!! Those sidespin punch blocks got him lots of points outright. :D
