Nice match. I'm not a huge fan of those edited Youtube videos because they cut out what I consider to be important points sometimes.

Why did Timo always seem to be smashing to Apolonia's backhand? Surely a change of direction would have ended some of those rallies earlier?

I saw the game on ITTV.. Boll seemed to be out of power after all the great matches he delivered during this tournament! He played Apolonia few days/weeks in another tournament and won.
Apolonia made a great comback though and he definately deserved it.
Hope Boll is saving his power and tricks for the worldcup which starts today in Magdeburg (GER).

A good match!

I've heard quite a bit of talk about Apolonia's supposedly illegal serves (does not remove the hand). Although it does look highly questionable in quite a few cases, I do think Apolonia truly deserved to win that match.
