A member of my club (in Edinburgh, Scotland) has started to record some of our league matches.

So far he's recorded/ edited some footage from matches between our own teams
(we have 4 teams in the top league)- members of other clubs might not be so keen to have their
matches on Youtube.

the channel is here:

some entertaining stuff-or at least that's what I think..

think our venue is ideal for videoing-just one table so no interference (noise or stray balls) from other tables
and good lighting/ background. It is though too small for practice-if we try and fit 3/4 tables in it (so we hold some of our practices at another venue-and are looking for a bigger main venue...).

Some cracking matches there CJE.

The youngster's coaches should be commended.

I may be a better coach than a player, why? My son now tells me what is wrong with my game!

cheers

the older guy featured in one of the videos has been the main coach for
the youngster in the light shirt-and for his son (!) who he is playing.
The other juniors have been coached (I think) by Gerry Campbell-one of
the top Scottish players for many years-and now top Vett.
