Nice video. I like his backhand tomahawk serve. I need one of those. He also changes the length of the ball well. He and Koki Niwa will be unbeatable in doubles in a few years.

For such a young player he displays a wonderful combination of great skill and a brilliant tactical mind, this together with some of his more unorthodox serves and quick BH flicks keep making me watch his matches. I look forward to the next few years as he develops even further.

I completely agree with Oskar, he is a wonderful role model for young players always displays grace & calm even when under fire.

Where can I find this video?
On the ittfchannel youtube site, on the playlist there was a group of videos under WTTC 2009, including the match between Kenta Matsudaira and Ma Lin. This was fantastic, for the play, and for the amazing Japanese fans.
Now they have taken those videos off. I've been searching youtube, but can find only snippets of the match. I really need to see the whole thing; where can it be found?

Jap youngsters in TT got unparalleled feel and awesome retrieving skill but they lack the power to finish a point. I just hope the soundtrack came true.

When the Japs get stronger I hope they will be STRONGER :up:
