I am sorry if I upset you, but why so angry? I didn't say the style would go places, all I did was object to your reasons as to why not, as I felt they were flawed. No need to go to war here, the government has already proved how unpopular that is the last few years.

IIRC Tom himself abandoned this grip years before the 2008 Olympics were ever played, so I think that should speak volumes...

I don't think it's possible to judge a grip using this video, he probably looks just as awkward playing shakehands. I have no doubt i could be us ~2000 with that grip in a month or two if i had a proper racket. I also don't think it can be used to be world class, but i would've said the same about reverse penhold.
