After I have seen it I have decided to develop that shot for future match point... :P
BTW I think he must be so far ahead that his opponent had no chances coming back otherwise he wouldn't play that shot.

If you watch the full match he actually does it quite a lot.

I would recommend just finishing the match off - too many times i have tried to finish a match off in style and have gotten into trouble....
