Boll has repeated the feat on quite a few occasions (the last that comes to mind being at the Qatar Open final against Ma Lin in 2010.)

Even though he lost that point, he has undoubtedly induced a sense of fear in Mizutani during the remaining match.

in his position at the time it was logic solution for someone who can do it. timo obviously can, seems like something he has been practicing on training, for such occasions when he is not in time on the ball. and he didn't lose point because of switching hands either, he's lost it afterwards. nice move :)
