Im currently playing with palio 1013 on my forehand but im looking for a rubber which i can flat hit with also lift but the rubber has to have some disruptive effect which is better than the palio. I dont top spin. Im i trying to find a rubber that just doesnt exist. Thanks

I just changed to the WP1013 on an "experimental rig", and my impression is that it has similar properties as the Kokutaku 911 (LP). The 911 just feels a little more grippy with some strokes, and I did not find it very good for flat hitting. The corresponding MP is "110", which may be what you are after. I haven't tried it myself, but there is some info about Kokutaku 110 in this thread (click link). You said "...some disruptive effect..." and "I do not top spin", which (according to that thread) both seem to speak in favour of the 110.
