What would be a suitable and effective blade for a medium pimple such as Dr N aggressor or Dr N K.O. Would balsa blade such as any of the Dr N range in particular the 'special' or giant dragon kris.

just look through Fukuhara/Mima Ito's blade history and pick one or similar bats to theirs...

Just type "Mima Ito Equipment" / "Ai Fukuhara Equipment" on Google. You might have to dig through years of 'pros equipment' threads in mytt or find one here.

On Wiki it says Ito is currently using http://www.tabletennisdb.com/blade/nitt ... arbon.html
So that must mean ANY 5 + 2, 5.5 - 6 mm should work for mid pips.

What exactly do you want to do with the medium pips, though???? Mima-chan and Ai-chan are both aggressive attackers.

I play long pimples on my forehand as it's the weakest part of my game and I've relied on pimples to make it difficult for my opponent. I play close to the table and push with the occasional chops. I like to flat hit but I make to many mistakes. I've tried dtecs and all the Dr N long pimples. I also play with the Dr N special blade.

Ah... so you DON'T want to play like Mima-chan and Ai-chan.. Sounds like you want a slowish chopping blade. How about this one?

I have one on order myself. Will probably put one of those sheets of 388D-1 on it, or maybe that Old Man Huang sheet with the expanded pips...

Not much money involved.

Just want to say.. I loved this blade, but hated the handle. You will need to sand the wings with a dremel tool. Once u do, it's awesome!

No need to use dremel. Just use your fingers. I sand all my blades by hand.

Not if you want to remove as much material as he did, you don't... it'd take hours. Matter of a couple minutes with a dremel and a sanding drum.

Which version did you have?
Thought someone said the two designs have different wing shape?

I'm about to order some myself.
