My fav long pip was the 563-1 variant, but now I like the Kokutaku. It is more long pipish to me and still allows me to hit the ball. Doubt that I would ever turn to MPs for either forehand or backhand entirely, but they are fun to play with. The people that I have seen who use MPs to attack seem to do a marvelous job.
