Blade: Trinity Carbon

This is a new blade from Sanwei. Sanwei have been around for many years, but recently seem to have become a bit more serious about rubbers and blades. Fellow member and friend Pimple Lover, who runs a shop and Thai website (http://www.pimplelover.pantown.com) kindly let me try this blade as he felt is was quite unique, so that I could review them here.

I got it quite some time ago, but have been a little lazy and not reviewed it yet, so now that I've started I've got no more excuses

Here are some pictures:

The Chinese writings said this blade is designed straightly for choppers. Should be interesting, right up your alley, haggisv.

If it's anything like the HC-2 it would be very slow and has so soft springy feel that enable the user to produce a lot of spin. Probably good with a very hard sponge fast rubber on fh.

It's actually not that slow, but does feel like a good choppers blade. It feels like a Galaxy DE-1 that's slightly faster and a slightly harder feel. I'll add some more comments when I've had another chance to play with it.

I saw a few new blades from Sanwei, I'm curious if there are any reviews about them.
Like most of the Chinese blades, you can find them only FL, which makes them less interesting to me. They are too thin in the neck area and doesn't provide a good grip.

Your understanding is right , the FL handle is the standard that the Chinese Manufacturor keep the stock. If you want the ST handle , we have to ask them to make it.

However, as myself also the defender , that why I always ask for the ST handle and keep in my stock.
