I read on a German forum someone offered a "Liang Geliang" blade, apparently a type made by Imperial (German manufacture). As far as I could find out, it has been discontinued. I am curious as to its specifications. Also if somebody knows which blade Liang is using these days for his (if I heard correct) Dawei Saviga V OX and Dawei 388A-4 on 2.1mm hard sponge.

Don't know about their blades, but I do know for a fact that Imperial's "Fire" rubber from the late 1990s was OEMed by ASTI in the US! I have several sheets, sold to me by Waqidi when ASTI went out of business.

There was an Imperial Liang Ge Liang Sensor off, all and def. I have the def and off.
I think Liang never played one of them. They were not available in penhold.
Good blades made in germany.

Appears to have been modelled on the Stellan Bengtsson All-round Classic. Love that handle! Chunky but provides a very smooth and comfortable grip.

The Imperial sensor blades have an adjustable weight in the handle-
For that time (80ies) very modern.
Do you know the old german brands like Imperial, Hanno or Schildkröt in Australia?
Especially Imperial sponsored many of the top german and european players in the 60ies and 70ies.
They have interesting blades.

The same or a similar design was (and as far as I am aware still is) used for a number of LKT (stands for Li Kuang Tsu) blades, a Chinese brand linked to Friendship RITC. They changed their brand name some time ago to KTL. LKT and KTL never produced classic defensive blades, but some of their "slower" allround blades have such high control and a large enough size that they might be used for modern defense.

This blade is the "Sensor Off" not All
on the blade you can read "für spinfreudiges Offensivspiel"
means for spinorientated offensive play
