I found that a blade is described as good for : attack , loop etc.
What that means ? A blade suitable for attack is stiffer and one good for loop is more flexy ?

Depends on your definition of ''attack'', I think generally looping is an attacking stroke so then it wouldnt make any sense if a attack blade would be stiffer than a looping blade, would it?

the way i interpret offensive blade terminology is..

power = speed, flat hits, stiff blade
spin = spin, topspin loops, flexible blade

not sure how i would qualify control. slowness? how does a blade give u control? what makes any piece of gear more "control"

Here the difference is the blade stiffness:
Looping = flexible
Attack (as in hit drive smash 3rdball) = stiff

Yes, both terms are used pretty loosely...

I feel the faster type blades are attack style blades, starting at around OFF- to OFF+

As Silver said, flexible blade are better for looping, stiff ones are better for hitting/blocking, but both styles can be described as 'attack style'.

The same terminology is used for rubbers too especially on chinese.

"This rubber is for fast attack ... other loop type ..blah, blah ..."
