The blade design isn't unusual (Donic or someone sells blades with similar looking handles) but the construction certainly is. It looks like you're molding the handle halves directly onto the blade. The mold seems to be CNC-milled. What's the material? Epoxy? Bondo? Polyurethane foam? What's the units on the scale??? Set it to grams... (Probably kilograms..) Iskandar |

The cnc-milled aluminium mold prepared for next modification of handle. Now it used for halves squeesing. Handle made from wood ayous, next one will be from thermo-ayous (brown board on a picture bellow). All veneers + carbone sheets + handle glued with Kleiberit 501 (polyurethane adhesive). Current blade too slow for me (two inner layers made from balsa) so next one will be glued with epoxy and harder veneers from TaoBao store https://shop109897518.taobao.com/ Unit on the scale is "kilograms" , I never pay attention to this settings Attachment: ayous.jpg [ 225.25 KiB | Viewed 5078 times ] Attachment: IMG_7721.jpeg [ 1020.25 KiB | Viewed 5078 times ] |
