I want reduce the blade Butterfly Joo Se-Hyuk (sanding) because the dimensions are very big for me.
The dimensions are 165 x 156 mm and I want reduce to 1.56 x 156

Is a recommendable option?

Blade: Butterfly Timo Boll OFF
FH: Friendship 802-40 2.4mm
BH: Dawei388C-1 Medium pip ox
I have reduced the size of at least 20 blades with this simple saw. There has never been any damage, and the saw is inexpensive.

You could sand it off until you reach your desired shape especially if the space you want to chop off is relatively small.

Enjoy the game. It is a never ending learning experience once you play and keep the ball on that 45 sq ft of space or should I say half of that space.

That's the method I have always used as it seems safer, but I have only ever needed to remove a few mm

The reduzed blade Joo Se Hyuk. The dimensions are: 155 x 155.

On FH: Tenergy 05 1.9
On BH: TSP Curl P1R 1.0

I am thinking try other rubbers as Spinart or Feint Long 2 0.5. What is you recommendation (chopping on BH and blocking/topspin on FH)?

regards!
