My local retailer offered me Tulpe carbon T 7007. Anybody knows what is the rating of this blade, OFF ? And how fast is it compared with Gergely.

I took already a Blutenkirsche wood B3001 but that is the only one left (I need two to go with the table I am going to buy), so he suggested me to take Tulpe T 7007 which has a price just slightly higher than the Blutenkirsche. Or I can take Dawei Superior Wooden EX (what does it mean ?) which costs double as much as Blutenkirsche.
Please give me some advice. Thanks.

So aeoliah the retailer is giving you 2 free quality blades with the table you are buying, is that right? Not a bad deal I think. Sorry have no experience if the blades you mention.

Dawei Wooden EX=Dawei Genote X it's a really good blade. great quality(limba/ayous) blade with lots off feel and control.

RebornTTEvnglist,
I wish that is the case, but unfortunately I have to pay for the blades. What I mean is that I wanted two all wood blades which is cheap. I want to provide these two blades for any friend who wants to play but does not bring a blade.
Sunflex,
I did not see the word "Genote" on the blade that was shown to me, so it should be a different blade. The price was about USD.18,-

Nobody knows about Tulpe 7007 ?

I have one of the Tulpe 700? blades at home (not sure of the number), but it's handshake of course. I can have a look and feel when I get home to see it's like... They are generally not bad blades, although some have a little higher vibration... of course some people like this...

Heh heh I've actually got a T7007 with a straight handle. It's not a bad blade at all. It feels around OFF, no excess vibratration, sweetspot quite big, feel a little hard, but not really hard, probably coz the carbon layer is buried a fair way down from the surface. I don't have a Gergely to compare it to, but I can compare it to any other blade in our shop if there's one there that you know...

Ah, that is very comforting, because originally I planned to buy Instinct and Instinct Plus, but it is not available at the local retailer. For me your comment is enough, if you classify it as Off, then Gergely should be surely faster.

Aeoliah bargain for a good discount at least then. Otherwise tell him you'll go somewhere else. :D :D

Fortunately I don't have to fight with my local retailer, because he knows me very well and he always gave me the best price. I did make a check by comparing my price with the price paid by my friend in the past. Besides the seller is very nice to let me take more blades than what I intend to buy, take them home for a few days so I have ample time to choose.

Fair enough, there's nothing better than having a retailer like that. Hope you end up with exactly what you want then. 8)
