Does this blade feel like a brick or do you still have decent feel? How is slow spinny looping with it? How is the shortgame? And is the weight really 76 gram?

I got 2 of them. One I ordered with rubbers (999T 2.2 and Globe 979 0.6) which weighs about 150g total. The other I ordered without rubbers and it weighs about 70grams.

I haven't had a proper hit with it yet, but I have had a hit just against a board at then end of my TT table and it feels quite nice. Not very flexy, which you'd expect from a straight carbon, but definitely able to hit soft spinny loops. In fact I was doing this about 10 minutes ago. Looping needs to be more of a brush style, but that's probably also due the 999 has a pretty hard sponge (about 45%). There is another thread not long ago on this blade, take a look there also. Skippy and Silver both talk about the T2 in that thread, which gave me reason to give it a try. I would say definitely not feeling like a brick, but then I have a 2 very light ones. In fact, mine are rated at medium instead of the usual fast, which is I think reflecting their weight.

T-2 is very , very stiff just like the Tibhar Samsonov Carbon or Gergely Carbon or Primorac Carbon. If you are good with those it is ok with you ...Is light but depending your rubbers is a little head-heavy ...

Yeah, It's pretty darn stiff. It's really fast, and light. For people who like to smash, and drive the ball you'll like it really well. If you like to have alot of dwell time to have nice spinny loops look elsewhere.

My rubbers are 9 years old. They won’t be there long.

I must say that I play with spinny loops and I found the best match between chinese hard rubbers and carbon stiff blades, because being no flex the sponge is penetrated better ...but you have to hit harder the ball.

my game is about 75% hitting and blocking and 25% looping. So I still need a little bit of flex for more controlled looping!

Strongly recommend looking at the K series then. The K-3 I have is great for looping and hitting. Has good flex. I think the K-2 would also have this. The K-4 is supposed to be a great blade, but I think it might be a little stiffer as I think it has more layers. Skippy and Silver could tell you more as they have played with the K-4.
