Hi everybody,

I'm new to this forum and I'm looking for some info. I want to buy de Wizard blade from der-materialspezialist and use it with the LSD pimples.(Ox) What I'm curious about is the type of wood the blade is made of ( and the stiffnes ).
Because on the forehand I'd like to play the Tibhar Nimbus ( wich I love !! ) but i don't know if I should use the regular or softer version.

Thnx

I think it's a modified version of Giant Dragon Kris II. Same balsa core with very similar construction.

Are you a power looper? Balsa blades are not ideal for this.

I'm not a "power looper" but I'm a player who can spin anything that comes on his forehand. I've never played with balsa so I don't know what to expect.
I've always played with carbon all+ blades. So maybe the spinhunter is a better option?

Which one did you go with? Can you share your experience?

hi, I'm playing with wizard and LSD ox and it's an amazing combination, for me LSD is having a good control on chop blocking near table or chopping away from back of the table (classic defender). It has a good spin reversal and the main weapon of LSD is its control. It has a deadly reversal (not as deadly as grass Dtecs) but has much better control than dtecs. about durability i think it's very durable, the pips are not to hard and it eats even less spinny balls. wizard is having a topply of limba on forehand i guess but the innercore is a soft balsa and the topply of backhand is hard balsa, it's not good if you are a power looper and you must be adapting well sincr wizard is very light (mine was 59 grams before i modified it into 75 grams).
