The fastest combo I've tried so far is the Xiom Hayabusa ZXi with Joola Express One.

This combo had a flat arc and super fast but lacked control.


Now I have found another combo that comes close if not equals the above for sheer speed with much better control.


Xiom Omega IV Asia---- a rock hard rubber,much harder than the specs / reviews say.

Throw is very low but has excellent grip to loop the low ball shots.

This rubber on forehand drives / smashes excels. Speed increases massively when you hit flat and hard. Possibly the fastest rubber I have ever tested.

Combine this rubber with Adidas R6 on the backhand--- it's a softish rubber.

The two rubbers in combo with the Joola Extreme Flame blade offer amazing pace and control.

Have been using a Stiga Emerald blade with Rasant Powergrip and Adidas R6. This combo is fast but compared to the above it feels all round to all round plus!
