Blade: Tricky1
I have been maintaining a low profile because I build custom blades as a hobby and do not want more business than I can handle. I am happy with my business growing slowly as I still have a few more years before I can retire from my day job. Once retired I will devote time to building a website and advertising. Currently my custom blade business has been word of mouth with an occasional blade sold on Ebay as time permits. Generally lead times are around 4 weeks. I am not sure if I would violate forum rules so I won't post my email address but, I think a Google search will find it. If curious, you will also find additional information about Tricky1 Blades and some images of my work on Facebook. I build blades from all wood, and composites including Carbon Fiber, Hybrid Zylon /Textreme Carbon Fiber (marketed as ZLC but better due to the Textreme CF) and Textreme Carbon Fiber (marketed as Carbonado). I can build with hide glue for all wood if desired but, prefer newer technology resins. Regards. Rick

Post more photos! I guess since you're here, people can always send you Personal Messages, too.. no real need to post your email address on the open forum (it's a great way to attract spam, by the way.. ), though I don't think it's against any rules to do so.

I think I can only add a single picture at a time so there will be a few posts to show a sampling of my work. Sorry about the poor photography.

Butterfly sold something like this once. Called the "Anatomic".

Yes, exactly! A built it for a customer in Belgium who was looking for a similar blade to the Butterfly Anatomic.

Very nicely made. Do the holes go all the way through the handle?

No, only through the handle sections. The pattern on each side is unique.
