Blade: Yinhe LQ1
FH: Tibhar Evolution MXP
BH: Yasaka phantom 7
Hi, I am modeling my game after Fabian Akerstrom.

Currently my blade Yinhe LQ1 slightly oversize blade
( I like low throw angle blade)
* close to the table blocking ( on Left hand) ( long pip Yasaka Phantom 7 )
* forehand attack ( on forehand ) ( inverted rubber Tibhar Evolution MXP)
* I got insane serve using inverted side

I am really happy with the setup, but I want better equipment to match my game.

I am debating in Victas Koji Matsushita vs Re Impact Blade ( both I never own)

I want slightly slower backhand blade , so that powerful smash when block it would not go off the table.
But still keep my attacking/serving properties with Yinhe LQ1 forehand.

I am leaning toward RE-IMPACT, can someone recommend which RE-IMPACT to buy ?

I am not an equipment expert, I tried to read the re-impact guide, but its SO Technical.

1. The matsushita is more of a choppers blade. Not sure if that is what you want.
2. Do you like balsa? If not, I would avoid reimpact. If you do, I would email Achim, the owner of re-impact. He'll give good advice.
I personally don't like balsa, I have a couple blades I'd let go at a good price if you are interested. Pm me.
3. I used a w-6 for a couple years with LP (similar to the LQ-1, just smaller). It was good but I switched cause I wanted a slower/ control blade. So your blade is good. Don't fret too much. Only change if you have a purpose and direction you want to go. Not to get a better set up. Usually it's not worth it to just buy for buying's sake.
4. I recommended it before in another thread, but for you want a quality blade, made for the push block style, that won't break the bank and isn't balsa, I recommend the Sauer & Troger Fire Starter.

Try Tibhar CO-S-3. Better for me than all the more expensive pushblocking blades and it's DIRT CHEAP at tabletennis11.com. €20.75/$23.43, best value in table tennis for pushblocking blades.

Can you give me run down on its characteristics? I am committed to my Firestarter for the year, but have been curious about the CO-S-3. Maybe if I feel it's time for a change next year, I'll check it out.

It's a shame when a new member only posts a question to get some answers, without sharing their findings for the benefit of everyone. If you're reading this spinking, please let us know how it worked out for you, because I'm sure there are others with the same question. ;)
