Wanna get something slowish to refine my forehand loops, but worried it might make my BH medium pips unusable. anyone have any experience or input?

It depends on what you're going to be using the pips for. It also depends on the properties of the pips and how thick the sponge underneath is. I personally don't see why you can't use pips on a Primorac; Gionis uses Feint Long 2 on a Petr Korbel :P

I'm using dr neubauer diamant for hitting and blocking. Always heard that a soft flexible blade might make the pips unstable
