But you don't swing the frying pan around vertically do you ??? Trying to add spin to a tossed Pancake ? Or a Waffle ? Or an omlette ?? ? Surely that cant be good for the breakfast  ?

Maybe thats a GREAT idea !!! Iron Frying pan Technique ! Do shadow drills with the Frying Pan at home. And then its like that Iron bat  You go to the club after having breakfast and toss some of the whipper snappers around with your now TRAINED Iron hard reflexes and smashes !

 Just pray to god your family doesn't see you up early morning swinging the pan around
Well,

When my Mom tossing sunny side eggs up to the air for kitchen fun, or stirring, err, rocking 5 persons worth of fried rice, holding the aforementioned pan one handed,

I am sure that a lot heavier than my 17 cm * 16 cm Defence Alpha with a pair of H3. [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH AND COLD SWEAT]

I just saw your signature - wow, that's quite a change - pretty sure you played Defplay and now JSH/Tenergy/P4. This is one heck of a powerful combo if you can control it. How're you liking it so far?
