Hi,

I am currently using Rassant Turbo on my FH (Red) rubber, But i want to change it now because it got shrink ed much. Many of my shots usually miss. My actual Game is of cut and Loop from Forehand.

Please let me know your suggestions regarding shifting to RAZKA 7 SOFT FH Rubber from Rassant Turbo.

ok. Rakza7 Soft is for pushing and looping. Might be barely okay for smashing. It provides good stability in the BH for offensive players. I am not 100% sure about Defensive game.

R7S will bottom-out on hard shots so brush-stroke is needed. Ball will sink in a lot into the sponge. Slightly reactive to incoming spin due to how soft the rubber is. Rubber is only medium-fast and not as fast as the Rasant or Rasant Turbo rubber.

R7S --> spinny + control. medium-speed. very soft ( 39 or 37 deg ? ). Very linear in nature for close and mid-distance table playing style. slight reaction to incoming spin. Excellent block. Excellent serves.Poor smash. MAX thickness recommended due to softness where rubber bottoms out on harder strokes. Durability is high ( 1 year or more with good maintenance/cleaning/sticky protector sheet) but not if you tend to hit the table with the rubber a lot then very low ( less than 1 practice session ).

DON'T PRESS HARD WHEN GLUEING! RUBBER WILL SHRINK !

Just gently roll and make sure no bubbles form when sticking the rubber. No force necessary. Sponge takes glue very easily and if you use sharp scissors cuts like butter.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH BOXCUTTER / SCALPEL / KNIFE. Use soapy water trick to smooth the blade and make it glide so any sudden jerky fast movement and you are going to tear the rubber. You can do multiple slow passes with the cutter and make a final cut when you reach through the topsheet.

DONT PRESS DOWN HARD WHEN CUTTING! RUBBER WILL SHRINK!
