This is a Tibhar H-1-9S.
I believe H-1-9 is Tibhar's only J.Pen model and it's very hard to find nowadays.
It's a 1-ply hinoki (NOT Kiso) and not so expensive.
Nothing special other than the fact that it's very rare which is the only reason for my purchase.

I have this blade, it is inexpensive and available from presports. I actually prefer my H-1-9 to my kiso-hinoki Nittaku Excellent-A Jpen as I feel it faster but in a controlled way. The throw is better as well.

I recommend it, but as always, mileage varies with any blade as your model may be different than mine. Even if the blade is a $300 Darker 90.
