I have had 3 clones made for around $160 each, done by soulspin. I also have a goriki danshi to compare vs the real thing. My clones are not identical exactly in composition, but they feel about the same. You'd need to test 30 of the same blade due to wood variance to make any actual claims. I personally enjoy the clones I have.

Weights of 108, 113 and 111. Danshi weighs about 109 and has a slightly different head shape
