Post subject: Yasaka Gatien Allround 40 blade.

Hi everybody, I used a Joola Ticker blade for about 12 months, nice speed and control but didnt like the handle. Iv been useing a Yasaka Gatien Extra blade for the last few months, I love the feel of the Yasaka, the handle is just right for me, Iv tried different rubbers, but its a bit to fast for my style of play. I play by keeping the ball in play, and wait for a loose ball to attack. Im thinking of buying a Yasaka Gatien Allround 40 blade, Im hopeing it has the same speed and control as the Ticker, but the handle of the Yasaka. Has anyone tried this blade. Thanks.

Of the 3 blades you've mentioned, I have only tried the Yasaka Extra. It is actually a blade with good control and not that fast.
I don't think the Allround 40 will be much different from the YE. Yasaka rates them very similar in speed and control:

Could it be the rubbers or your strokes needing adjustments?
