I saw someone's sriver on a bat this weekend, and the sponge felt quite soft. I don't remember it feeling that soft, perhaps it had been glued many times, not sure.

As far as I know there is only one type of sriver, isn't there? This one definitely had the Sriver and D13L, with no other letters or markings...

This D13L Sriver is fairly hard - this is Sriver L , that was probably heavily glued. My daughter has a pair on her's bat. The Sriver FX is the softest and Sriver EL is in the middle.

If it's who I think it is, he's probably glued it a hell of a lot.

I think Haggisv means straight sriver - no counting the EL and FX variants.

So there is only one version with the standard Sriver topsheet, right?

i believe sriver has a "powersponge" option, but i don't know what characteristics it has compared to normal sriver

Yes you're right, but the one I saw was really old, so I'm sure it wasn't a powersponge...

I noticed somethinmilar today, i was pushing the sponge on my mates rubber and it did feel a tad softer than what i thought, these were 2 brand new sheets just glued with 2 layers both sides,
It was not much softer just a very minor difference imo

Thats normal for a sriver. It starts off quite firm but as you glue it up it really starts to loosen up. The srivers I had in the past were almost at the FX hardness
