H2 Blue is probably the best for you out of those since you already use H2 regular. From what I understand, the Skylines don't hit or block well at all, but both varieties of H2 are quite good for those strokes.

I have and used them both.TG2 is harder, slower and more tacky. It has higher throw and seems to be spinier on slower shots.Blocking is ok, counter is average.(not the most consistent though) I use it on BH
Well, TG3 is much better performer when you are further away from the table. You can easily brush loop, power loop.....just about any loop. I agree that it's not an easy hitter. Blocking is great, counter is very good too. Pushing is not as spiny (as with the TG2)I dislike the TG3 on all my blades except on my Hallmark(tried it on KC, Tube Carbo and Iolite) I don't recommend this one to be used without EEII, or speed glue. With EEII it changes completely and becomes very lively
TG2 is among the heaviest rubbers I have.TG3 is about 7gr lighter for the same cut.
Now I have two TG3 with completely different sponges. My review is based upon a TG3 with a smooth, softer yellow sponge.I haven't cut the other one yet.
If you have any particular questions, just ask

well, i know H2 is a spinny rubber. good spin on short games and openings. so if these facts r true, what does that make skyline? so simply TG3 vs H2

Last time I checked skyline, the TG2 was softer than the TG3. The TG2 I tried glued up and it made a nice very spinny looping rubber. I have not tried the TG3. The TG2 also makes a very nice allround rubber in 1.5mm.

TG3 was hard, dead and enormously sticky imo.
This was glued up too...

:D Mine TG3 is not that dead, compare to my TG2, not so sticky either. Though the orange sponged TG3 is way harder than the cream sponged one(tg3)Both TG2&3 are begging to be used with EEII

wow everyone with contradicting information.

I just bought some tg3 hoping it plays better than the tg2 I couldn't use.

If it is hard I doubt I can adapt to it either. A softer tacky rubber possibly easier to use than spin art (well because its an 1/8th of the price)

In the Neo series TG2 is harder than TG3. The rest is as Kolev reported.

Imho, TG3 is the best of the Neos: H2, H3, TG2, TG3, though most players prefer H3. I'd categorize H2 and TG2 more as specialist rubbers due to H2's ultra low throw and TG2's unusual hardness and tackiness.

For the moment I have a red TG3 Neo 39° and a black H2 Neo 39° on two identical blades. Although they play a bit different I can't say for sure which one I like more. H2 seems to be spinier, but that could easily be my imagination.Meanwhile I have tried H3 Neo, but couldn't fall in love with

......and just to add my opinion. I really prefer the feel of 999Nat above the aforementioned. Not that tacky, but superb overall performance
