Hello Ive been a long time Hurricane user but only original H3 or custom sponges like the one I'm currently using which is the #19 sponge. Im going to give Neo a shot since all I've heard from the Neo Sponge is good, and If anyone here has used both Provisional and Comersial versions of Neo I would like your input.

the provincial is a good bit better than the commercial version, so much crispier not to mention louder click :). in terms of speed spin the provincial is slightly better hard to tell the difference, as i am using provincial on Hurricane Hao and and the commercial on my friends bat which was donic waldner senso. the change in performance is not as prominent as it was in the Normal H3( comm vs Prov)

but once you play with the provincial version you will get that feeling that this is going to be a good rubber from the first few hits..

well iv played with all 3 versions luckly enough
NH3- pro NH3 and National NH3(blue sponge)

iv found over time these are the best forehand rubbers ever made for chinese styled forehand
then the rest of the main DHS come next , skyline 2 - 3 and hurricane 2 neo ofc

well back to the differences

Neo H 3 is very powerful non tensor rubber if u used your body coz it can go like a rocket when done correctly and spin is great and the control is great :)
Provincial version is just a little bit more of all and yeah a crisper hit( not worth the money tho)
And the national blue well its the best forhand rubber ever its so powerful, spinny and nice control but the only con it doesn't last long =( 1-3 months then its dead

if u boost the Neo Hurricane 3 commercial it nearly has the same power as the national and control but not the spin, i used "Falco temp booster longer" it lasts for ages :)

commercial has 4 cuts
Provincial has 2 cuts
National has no cuts

i hope that helps :)

If an unboosted NEO H3 has the following points
control: 10
speed: 10
spin: 10

What would be the points for untuned NEO H3 provincial?

So,

120%
130%
140%

-or-

H3 + b = c + 2
H3 + b = r + 3
H3 + b = s = d/t + 4

:lol:

H3 = Hurricane 3
B = Booster
R = Rotation (spin)
C = Control (haha)
S = Speed
D/T = Distance/Time (which is the formula for speed)

+ 2, 3, 4 units more. Whatever those units are. :lol:

Control is measured in units of panty-hose, speed is measured in glueclicks, and of course the unit of rotation is spinnywinnies.
