or else its so slow the ball does not leave the rubber after contact :p so you can just walk to the other side and drop it :P

According to the Yasaka website its more speed oriented. Sponge hardness is 40-45. They could have named it Yasaka 7 EL :lol:

Yes I read that too... probably not a good thing, if the speed increases a lot more than the spin.

Something like that. I think R9 has a different top sheet as well as a different sponge. It should be a lot faster than R7 and with slightly less spin ( :?: ).
