Hmmm I don't remember saying it was hard...just a little firmer sponge than Couga, which some would class as hard. the topsheet does not feel that hard...

Here's paddle palace description:
Kaiza is designed for speed as the most important factor. Has extremely quick ball release from the surface. Excellent choice for quick, close to the table players or players who want extra power.

Is it hard sponged? Sounds like it's meant for speed not spin so it's probably got a hard topsheet or hard sponge (or both  )...

I used a sheet of Kaiza SV, it had a soft sponge and not very grippy topsheet with short pips on the underside, similar to Super Sriver. Quick ball release, good for blocking and hitting with.

Paddle Palace, the Juic distibutor in the U.S., hasn't carried Kaiza SV in a while. They have regular Kaiza in max sponge, probably too fast for most people.

You may be able to find it elsewhere if you ask the initial poster.

As it has soft sponge I didn't think it was unreasonably fast. I thought Sriver Kawa 2.1, TSP Hiyaku hard sponge and Juic Driva Smash were faster. That might change if you speedglued it though.
