25>05>64 in terms of pip area. 25 has big pips.. 05 is lesser and 64 has lesser pips per sq inch.

Does that mean Tenergy 80 will have even softer feel? Maybe as a spinny defence option for attacking defenders...

Pip structure (shape and spacing) will be between that of the 05 and 64.

The Tenergy 80 will hit the market on 2013/1/23.... : http://www.butterfly.co.jp/tenergy/

it seens like it will be the same pimple of 05 and 64 but the distance will be betwin, cause 05 have the pimples so together and 64 are far away.

I like the reference to medieval knights. Strangely enough, table tennis and various other sports are linked to 'knightly jousts' because of the word, pennant. Pennant comes from the word, pennon, which is the flag on the end of a jousting lance.

So, next time you play a pennant match for your local club you'll know that the tradition is ages old.

Well I was browsing iruiru and found this. Not you can only see the description it you DON'T choose the english version of the site. It has no description. Stay on the standard version in Japanese and let Bing Translate do the work ;):

Excellent balance of speed and rotation performance "テナジー"

Combining rotation and speed performance at a high level especially in the "テナジー" series, is "テナジー-80". Adopt a newly researched the tube shape, "excellent rotating performance vs. speed and maneuverability" and "development code No.180" tube shape. Made possible all-round play any style, drive, smash, counter.
※Details will release ※ 1/21/2013

Very broken english but you get the idea I hope. Every time you see the Japanese characters it means 'Tenergy'. If you want to read it on the site here's a link:
http://www.iruiru.com/goods_page.php?ct ... pg=1#AA066

Hope this helps people! Sorry if it's old news.

EDIT: I think 'tube' means 'pip', but don't quote me on that.
