I've seen Nittaku has released a new version of H3

HURRICANE PRO3 TURBO ORANGE
Faster now with active charge. Great superfast combination of the Chinese Hurricane tacky top sheet and the Japanese high reaction sponge. More speed than ever.

It seems that both (Japanese) finalists in the WS of Czech Open were using H3, so it seems to be infiltrating other countries at least. Someone on another forum suggested that Mima Ito is using the new Nittaku version, but certainly looked like Ishikawa is using a blue sponge edition.

Ishikawa-san has been using H3 for a while (I recall someone saying it was because she was coached in China). Ito-san? If she's switched it's recent.

Ito-san uses Nittaku Fastarc G-1, according to:

https://tabletennis.guide/profile.php?n ... ito-117821

Again, caveats apply (no idea how accurate or up to date this info is, but I just looked it up).

Our favorite "Personal H3" source:

http://www.prott.vip/Product-List.aspx?producttype=51

has a bunch of backhand rubbers - not just Ma Long, but also Chen Meng, Xu Xin and Liu Shiwen. The last three supposedly now play with Tenergy, maybe they're unloading their backhand H3 rubbers? Also note that orange sponge isn't restricted to red sheets any more, there are black sheets available with orange sponge, too. I mean "personal" sheets. Mind you, how much of this to believe is another matter.. Note all of the sheets on sale at this site have DHS holos. Why pro players getting sheets directly from the factory need holos is food for thought...
