Good question, they do not.

They actually run large, and they recommend buying a half to full size smaller. This is what the seller sent me when I purchased:

I'm a size 10 US, so I bought a 9, and that felt a tad snug at first, then broke in and is perfect.

Also, I recommend buying some insoles if you plan on playing on concrete a lot. Just like butterfly and mizuno TT shoes, they insoles are very thin.

Also, the colors are brighter than they look in that amazon page, so unless you are okay with colorful shoes, you may opt for a more muted color combo. I got the crazy turquoise/mustard/black color combo, and I like it, but my wife certainly raised an eyebrow at them. haha
