Post subject:  Lower throw tensor for Def blades

Hi all
I am gradually switching from all+ type blades with classic rubbers to cut down def/Def+ blades with spinny tensors such as Vega Asia df 1.8mm on the Forehand and SP (waran1.5mm) on the BH.

Main problem is the higher throw on def type blades on my FH. What tensors have a lower throw and work well on def blades both for chopping and looping.

Is a spinny short pip such as TSP spin pips red another solution to consider?

I am personally very happy with Tibhar Evolution MX-S 1.8.
Not sure about its "tensor effect". MX-S plays like chinese rubber -- very direct and controllable in short game.

I can confirm that MX-S has that "tensor effect" but not as much as say tenergy or donic rubbers. If you get into the sponge it puts an immense amount of spin on the ball. It's great for service, and service receive. Short game is great as well.

I personally went from Tenergy 05 1.9mm to Nittaku Fastarc g-1 1.8mm the throw is much lower than the T05, but is higher than MX-S and the xiom vega v def you're using.

Some other low throw tensor rubbers I've tried that are great rubbers:

JOOLA MAXXX-P
Killerspin Fortissimo
Xiom Omega IV Asia
Victas V > 01 Stiff
Donic Acuda P2
Donic Acuda s2/s3
Donic Coppa X2/X3
