After testing two inverted rubbers, Victas VS > 401 1.8mm (defensive rubber) and Donic Acuda S1 max thickness, I think I can safely say that I want to go with a faster rubber on my forehand. I will mainly be chopping, but it's important that I can attack away from and at the table with force. I found the Victas rubber nice for chopping, maybe 10-20% better than with Acuda, but it lacked the necessary pop and curve to really hurt my opponent when being aggressive. With Acuda, the amount of sidespin and top spin, basically just spin in general, was really rewarding, even when just fishing away from the table.

I was going to give Victas another few sessions, but I've decided to not waste my time with it. It doesn't work for me (but it would be a great backhand rubber for a modern defender or a forehand rubber for a classic defender). So, I want to jump straight to the best, which appears to be Tenergy. I'm going to assume all Tenergy rubbers attack decently, so it comes down to which chops the heaviest and which is the easiest to chop with. I'm prepared to sacrifice some control for more 'damage potential' so to speak, as control is covered on my backhand with FL3. I've been jumping back and forth when it comes to which Tenergy I'm interested in, but at the moment T05 and T05 FX are at the top of my list.

From the most to the least appropriate for chopping, and (imho) the ideal play style for the rubber.

Cheers for your responses. Tenergy 64 was the forehand rubber for Joo Sae-Hyuk (I think he changed to 05) and, as far as I'm aware, is still used by Seo Hyo-won. Two great choppers there.

Still, it looks like it's between 05 and 05 FX (for more spin). Maybe 05 FX first and see how it goes...
