I would like to read an interview with an elastomer engineer, preferably one with experience in, or related to, table tennis rubber.

We could try and contact ESN to see if they're open to an interview.

As you may have read, Amelie Solja has agree to an interview here: Amelie Solja - your questions?

If there are others you'd love to see interviewed, please let me know... if you know how to contact them, even better!

Sean O' Neil and Mark Hazinski should be fairly easy to get interviews with.

I've had some good success so far... the people I've managed to contact have all agreed to an interview  Johnny Huang is the latest one, and I have another ;) one lined up shortly

So if there are any further request of people you'd like interviewed, or even better if you know how to contact some of the people proposed so far, please post here (or PM).

Cheers!

Don't know about the spelling. I would like that interview. He is successful classic defender which is difficult. Also he gives off a real down to earth vibe like he works at the hardware store down the street when he is not playing TT.

John Burgess the broadcaster. Covered TT for years - would have to have some good stories. Suspect you could contact him via ITTF or perhaps I recall he posts here on occasion?

Sounds good, I'm sure there would be lots of interest to hear from him! Any chance you can get his contact details?

He posts here? It's hard to know who posts here, as the username often has no relation to their real name!

I thought I might revive this topic... Anyone else you'd like to see interviewed? Anyone else that you know (or know the contact details of), that would be worth asking if they're willing to do an interview?

I might ask Odd Gustavsen (Chairman of the Equipment Committee) would be worth asking? There's probably not much incentive for him to accept, but you never know. ;)

BTW We've still got 3 lots of interviews to come back... One is nearly ready to be published.

Steve is a good idea!

I assume you mean Ping Xiao Wei as the TTMaster manufacturer, or is he/she a player?

One person I would like to see interviewed would be Stellan Bengtsson, a great champion and great coach, and a great person!

Yes I would too... not sure if he'd be willing though, nor do I know how to contact him...

That wouldn't be too bad, but you'd have to tone down a lot of the questions you'd get from here, especially from ______________. It would be nice to find out what his vision and his motives are.
